European Business Center
The European Business Center (EBC) is a trademark building. This modern office development was originally built as the headquarters of Philip Morris Czech Republic a.s., with space on six floors, as well as secured underground car parking spaces. It was the first building offering Western European office standards in Prague. The project culminated in 2006 with the successful sale of the building to the Hunter Fund.
The architecture of the EBC is an ideal blend of old and new. While the historic façade has been preserved, behind it is an entirely new building, thus offering a combination of a prestigious, mansion style exterior and modern interior specifications. The EBC presents a unique opportunity for a tenant company to highlight its corporate identity without compromising on efficiency.
