This distinctive corner building is situated in Vinohradská, a prominent street in Prague’s elegant 2nd district on a road leading straight to Wenceslas Square. It was sensitively reconstructed in several phases for use as office space and for banking operations. Many domestic and international banks have established their headquarters in this area, including HVB CZ a.s. as the exclusive tenant of Italska 24.

The property dates back to the turn of the 20th century and was comprehensively refurbished by EPD in the mid 90ies. The facade and building structure have remained original, while all other items were rebuilt, creating a modern, efficient, state-of-the-art office building.
