EPD has implemented during its project execution a strong Tenant Fit Out team managing a tight and strict Tenant Fit Out process. This comprises amongst others an interface definition between building and tenant works, the composition of a tenant handbook and asthetic and technical design control during project execution. EPD’s tenants therefore always opened in time.
